Honda Beat- Earnest Money
This product is a mechanism for buyers to make an earnest money payment to accompany their offer to purchase the 1991 Honda Beat (VIN: PP1-1007425) offered herein. The term of this product is 72 hours, during which time the automobile will not be sold to any other buyer. In the event the purchase of said automobile is not completed within 72 hours for any reason (act or failure to act by the buyer, the seller, act of nature, etcetera) the earnest money provided here by the buyer is unconditionally refundable from the seller to the buyer at a rate of 90%. In the event the buyer and seller complete in-person inspection and any other transactional related items within the 72 hours stated herein, the buyer may elect to have 100% of this earnest money payment applied to the purchase price of the automobile.
Seller will contact buyer promptly after this earnest money payment to schedule meeting / in person inspection of the automobile at a bank or credit union location within Jefferson County or Shelby County, Alabama as chosen by the buyer. This meeting shall be within said bank or credit union’s normal hours of operation.
